Justin DeMoranville

VP, Asset Management

Before joining Clearway Energy, Justin was the VP and Senior Director of Portfolio Management at EDF Renewables North America, where he managed a portfolio of over 50 utility-scale renewable energy assets and was responsible for developing and executing portfolio strategies, financial structuring, PPA structuring, and closing tax equity and cash equity transactions, as well as enhancing the portfolio performance and reporting. Before working at EDF Renewables, Justin worked in public accounting, conducting audit and tax services for public and private companies. He has significant experience in loan workouts, financial modeling, portfolio management, asset management, tax reporting, and compliance with tax equity and financing transactions.

Justin holds a Master of Finance degree from Colorado State University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University San Marcos, and a CPA certification.

Justin is the Vice President of Asset Management. In this role, he oversees the financial performance, optimization, and compliance of a portfolio of renewable energy assets across the US for both distributed generation and utility-scale assets. Justin also leads a team of asset managers and analysts who work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the operational excellence, risk mitigation, and value creation of assets.
