Allen Goetz
VP, Accounting & Controller
Prior to Clearway, Allen was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial and Accounting Officer with Arsenal Resources, LLC, a private equity-backed natural gas exploration and production company operating in the Appalachian Basin with headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA, where he was responsible for overall financial and accounting oversight for the Company. Allen also previously held leadership roles in New York City with Hess Corporation, a global independent energy company, and Pfizer Inc., a research-based global biopharmaceutical company, where he oversaw the corporate accounting, consolidations, external financial reporting, and technical accounting advisory services functions, as well as held financial planning roles. He began his career with Deloitte LLP where he provided assurance and advisory services to clients in various industries.
Allen earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and business from Lafayette College and is a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has served on the board of trustees for several not-for-profit organizations including the Bowery Mission in New York City.
Allen Goetz is the Vice President, Accounting and Controller, and he oversees the teams responsible for accounting research and financial reporting, accounts payable and vendor management, close and consolidations, lease and fixed asset accounting, and SOX compliance.
