Frances Cook
VP, Procurement
Frances brings ten years of experience in renewable energy. Prior to joining Clearway, Frances worked at Invenergy where she served in various procurement and asset management leadership roles within the organization. At Invenergy, Frances created and led procurement functions spanning the company’s wind, solar, storage, and natural gas operations; wind, solar, and storage equipment procurement; and international procurement in support of their global services business. As Vice President of Asset Management, Frances oversaw the transition and managed the P&L of Invenergy’s largest-ever acquisition of 1.4GW of wind and solar assets.
Frances holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
Frances is the Vice President of Procurement at Clearway Energy Group and leads the equipment, EPC, and operations procurement team across Clearway’s pipeline of wind, solar, and battery storage projects.
