Jake Seligman
Deputy General Counsel & VP, Transactions & Policy
Jake has over 10 years of experience as a renewable energy lawyer, handling all aspects of the project lifecycle with a focus on complex financing and development matters. In addition to his transactional work, Jake helps steer Clearway’s federal policy strategy and played a leading role in the development of the Inflation Reduction Act. Before joining Clearway, Jake was on the legal team in NRG’s renewables division. Before that, he was an Associate in the Project Finance Group at Chadbourne & Parke.
Jake holds a B.S. from Cornell University, an M.E.M from Yale University School of the Environment, and a J.D. from Pace Law School.
