Jennifer Hein
Chief Legal Officer
Jennifer has over 20 years of experience as a corporate lawyer in the energy industry. Prior to joining Clearway, Jennifer served as General Counsel, Renewables of NRG Energy, Inc. Before NRG, Jennifer served as Counsel in Latham & Watkins’ Project Development and Finance Group for four years. Jennifer also spent six years as Assistant General Counsel, Energy Trading for PG&E National Energy Group.
Jennifer holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and French from the College of the Holy Cross.
Jennifer A. Hein is the Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary of Clearway Energy Group, where she oversees external affairs and the team of attorneys responsible for all aspects of Clearway’s legal affairs.
