Kevin Malcarney

Kevin P. Malcarney has served as the Company’s General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer since May 2018, and was promoted from Senior Vice President to Executive Vice President in January 2022. He was previously Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at NRG Energy, Inc. responsible for new businesses, mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, and project financings, and managed a large team of lawyers that operated across all geographic regions and business areas of the company. Prior to NRG, Kevin worked at two AmLaw 100 firms in Princeton, New Jersey, and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and handled mergers and acquisitions, project financing, and general corporate matters.

Kevin received his JD/MBA from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden, and his BBA in Marketing from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
